RT C & Sigma steel profile automatic high speed (40m/min, includes cutting & punching) rollformer --- Width adjustable with motor, multiple profiles can be produced through quick adjustment. PLC central control whole line, includes uncoiler, loop, leveler & feeder, puncher, pre-cutter, quick adjust roll former, servo flying cutter, stacker, discharging, HMI operates, the whole line just needs one operator, many groups data can be set by one time, automatic producing, allocated with remote control, safety light curtain etc whole security systems, which is approved by CE.
The production line is at the top level in the same filed, it adopts high speed servo feeding and high performance press; it improves production efficiency and punching precision.

The C & Sigma Purlin is mainly used for steel structure as purlin, support stand, beams etc.
